Kanyinsola Sofowora
Sofowora is a certified project manager, a project consultant and Coach. He acquired a BSC in the Obafemi Awolowo University majoring in statistics, department of Mathematics. He has his Master's in business administration M.BA in the same university specializing in Human resources.
He started his career in Information technology where he managed the ICT facility of conference centre and guest houses Ltd in Obafemi Awolowo University where he developed their revenue generation which increased by 500% in 4 years. His ICT career led him to managing ICT facilities of other departments in the Obafemi Awolowo University Ilé-Ifè, Osun State. On leaving the Obafemi Awolowo University he became the business development manager of INFOHUB ilé Ìfẹ́.
In 2013 he commenced his career in project management by getting in the globally known PRINCE2 certification for Project management. While developing his project management skills, he joined a Not for Profit Organisation (NPO) by type name God's Love Tabernacle international and managed their media department and logistics until 2015 when he decided to go fully into project management.
Six years on, he has been involved in projects in the real estate sector, software development, human capital development and many others.
Sofowora was a project team lead in a massive project management training Drive where he trained over 5,000 delegates in PRINCE2 and coached over 500 of them in their Pursuit of the PRINCE2 certification successfully.
he presently holds a coaching pass rates of 98% success in the PRINCE2 certification. He possess a proven interpersonal skill and till date he manages key projects for organisations like Agile P3 Limited, First Academy of (First Bank of Nigeria), Oroscapital microfinance bank and CoynsDonio Nigeria Limited.
Iberuche Maryann
Iberuche have over seven years experience in journalism, content creation, public and international relations, writing, publicity and project management; mass communication, branding and social media management.
She is a talented writer, who uses her writings to corrects and points out various societal vices on women. In her recently published novelette titled “Bruised Affection” which was dedicated to every African woman going through common marital problem she exposes the ill treatment women face in their marriage. The book encompasses abuse, domestic violence, fertility, love, tribalism, marriage life, and torture in its panorama. Not leaving behind the fact that she is also the author of widow, letters to an impossible land, the regent and Lagos palava.
Iberuche has worked with various media houses like; Today news, find out newspaper, infobuddie, and Elite media. As an achievement driven individual, her experience in various field has helped her climb the ladder of success as she has bagged numerous award. Some of this awards includes: CFA award for innovation, 2020 poetic excellence award, women strength association award of honor and many others.
As the founder of an NGO known as daughters of Africa, Iberuche Maryann has helped in elevating the lives of various girl child in Nigeria and beyond. She has helped in promoting the rights of the girl child, mobilizing them for development through Educative programs, Research, and directed towards their empowerment. That Girls might have the chance to a healthier and happier life should be reason enough for promoting girls' education.

Akinlaja is an experienced development consultant with experience in the nonprofit sector, Education, SME’s and Technology Startups with core competencies in Learning and Development, Project Management, Strategy, Innovation and Design. He is also an Author, Lecturer, Theologian and Conference Speaker.
Akinlaja is an Ashoka Changemaker Fellow. He sits on the Council of the 6th Region Global Chamber of Commerce. He also sits on the Board of YECI Zambia, Victor Adeyemi Foundation and various other organizations.
He is a Chattered Management Consultant and a Project Management Professional. He is the President of Oludare Akinlaja Research and Development Company a global learning, research and development organization that builds skillful individuals through transformative learning and promotes social innovation to create productive and prosperous communities; His facilitation experience includes leadership trainings for managers, negotiation skills, soft skills, Enterprise development for Business Owners and trainings for teachers and education stakeholders. He has facilitated trainings for companies such as Globacom Ltd, Hygiea, Amnesty International, Access Bank and OPL Academy.
He recently received the Martin Luther King Award for Africans creating change and also an Ashoka Changemaker Scholar.
